The film 'Driving to Zigzigland', winner of Best Featured Film Award in the last edition of International Euro Arab Film Festival AMAL 07, continues at an unstoppable rhythm its passage by diverse international film festivals. 'Driving to Zigzigland' is a co production between U.S.A. and Palestine, directed by Nicole Ballivian that describes, as a comedy, the problems of integration of a Palestinian immigrant in the United States. The featured film, based on real facts, narrates with humour and irony the history of a taxi driver in Los Angeles (U.S.A.) and its eventful journeys to surpass the prejudices on the Arabs in that country, increased after the terrorist attacks perpetrated by A the Qaeda in September of 2001. The main actor, Bashar Dáas, who performs a taxi driver in the mentioned American city, was also the winner of the Best actor Award in AMAL 07.
